Put it out there
Nothing great is built alone.
One change that really leveled up my personal projects was getting a VPS — a virtual private server. The cheapest one costs about $6 a month, but gives huge value.
On the practical side, it does two things for me. First, I can leave scripts running 24/7 without worrying about them. Second, I can host my projects and give them a public address, so anyone can open them.
That second one is what really matters.
When my projects lived only on my computer, no one saw them, no one used them, and no one told me what was wrong with them. Once I could share them, everything changed.
If you want to make an impact, you can't build in isolation. You need to show what you're working on and talk about it with other smart people. That's how you get feedback, spot your blind spots, and learn faster than you ever could alone.
So don't wait until it's perfect. Put it out there.
What are you building right now — and who have you shown it to?
